The drinking pipe is made of PVC material with a smooth and flat surface. It can be bent to 180° without cracking. After being frozen at -20 °C for 1 hour and kept warm for another 1 hour, it shall undergo a high-altitude drop impact test (hammer: d25 SR12.5, weight 0.5 kg, drop height 0.6 m), and the pipe surface shall remain intact without rupture.1. Appearance: The inner and outer surfaces of the pipe are smooth, free of scratches, depressions, visible black spots, impurities, sand holes and leakage risks. Pipe ends are cut flat and perpendicular to the central axis.2. Color: Milky-white with uniform luster and no visible color difference to the naked eye.3. Dimensions: Side wall thickness ≥ 1.8 mm.4. Automatic Flushing: The controller sets the number of flushing cycles, duration and start time according to on-site pipelines.Soaking Flushing: Soaking liquid is injected into pipelines. The controller configures parameters including soaking-flushing start time, flushing duration and soaking time. The medicine-containing soak dissolves impurities and biofilm attached to pipe walls.Automatic Dosing: The controller sets the dosing start time and controls the automatic switching of electric ball valves to realize automatic dosing. The liquid-level detection sensor of the dosing bucket automatically stops dosing.Water Shortage Alarm: Signals from the liquid-level sensor at the water-line terminal are transmitted to the controller via the terminal alarm control box. The controller accurately locates the faulty water line and triggers an audible-visual alarm on the alarm page.Rapid Water Replenishment: When terminal water shortage occurs in pipelines, the controller activates rapid water replenishment by adjusting the intelligent pressure regulator based on preset parameters to maintain normal water-line water level.Pulse Flushing: The controller activates pulse flushing with preset pulse duration. Combined with automatic flushing, the pulse pump generates water hammer waves with mixed air and water to remove stubborn biofilm inside pipe walls.
