Pullet Cage Spraying System

This 4‑in‑1 intelligent spray system (temperature control, humidification, dust suppression, disinfection) is custom‑designed for the physiological characteristics of chicks (0–6 weeks) and pullets (7–18 weeks), compatible with stacked and stepped brooder‑rearer cages. It serves as the core environmental control equipment for large‑scale young poultry farming. Chicks have weak thermoregulation, requiring 33–35°C high temperature and 60–70% humidity in the first week; dry dust easily induces respiratory diseases. Pullets are vulnerable to heat stress-temperatures above 30°C reduce feed intake, delay development and impair flock uniformity. Adopting 5–8MPa high‑pressure atomization technology, the system produces 5–20 micron ultra‑fine droplets that evaporate rapidly in the air. It precisely humidifies and maintains temperature during brooding, and efficiently cools by 3–5°C during rearing. The ultra‑fine droplets avoid wetting chick down, pullet feathers or litter, eliminating cold‑induced diarrhea or mold growth. Equipped with temperature‑humidity linkage and age‑based programmed control, the system presets thresholds for 0–2 weeks, 3–6 weeks and 7–18 weeks, automatically switching spray modes. A 3‑stage precision filtration system prevents clogging, and the 304 stainless steel body withstands high humidity, dust and ammonia corrosion in brooder houses. Suitable for closed and semi‑open brooder‑rearer farms worldwide and compliant with international young poultry standards, it provides full‑cycle environmental protection for chick survival rate, pullet uniformity and skeletal development.
