This water-heated underfloor intelligent heating system is custom-developed for stacked/stepped pullet cages aged 0–18 weeks, adopting ground low-temperature hot water radiant heating structure (matching real-shot PE underfloor pipes and water distributors). It precisely meets three-stage temperature requirements for chicks, young pullets and growers. Chicks have weak thermoregulation and are extremely sensitive to ground temperature; traditional hot-air heating easily causes overheating on upper layers and chilling at bottom with chicken huddling. By circulating hot water through buried PE pipes, the system dissipates heat evenly from bottom to top, realizing constant ground temperature in cage areas with zero temperature dead zones, perfectly solving bottom-layer chick chilling problems. Equipped with an intelligent constant-temperature main unit and zoned water distributors, it precisely sets phase temperature curves: 33–35°C for 0–3 weeks, 28–32°C for 4–8 weeks, 20–25°C for 9–18 weeks. Pipes are made of food-grade corrosion-resistant PE material, and water distributors are constructed from 304 stainless steel, withstanding high humidity, ammonia and dust corrosion in pullet houses.
