Thermal Insulation: Unlike cast iron, our plastic material has low thermal conductivity. It minimizes temperature fluctuations between day and night, preventing hypothermia in piglets and heat stress in sows.

Anti-Slip & Injury-Free: The surface features a specialized (matte) finish to increase friction and prevent slipping. The slot edges are designed with smooth, rounded arcs to protect pig hooves from scratches or injuries.

Ergonomic Design: The spatial dimensions of the slots are scientifically calculated to provide optimal support for hooves while ensuring waste falls through immediately.

Corrosion & Chemical Resistant: Made from high-grade PP (Polypropylene), our flooring is impervious to ammonia, acids, and the high humidity typical of pig farms. It will not rot like wood or rust like metal.

Easy to Clean & Sanitize: The smooth, non-porous surface prevents waste buildup. It can be easily cleaned with high-pressure water guns without leaving hidden corners for bacteria to breed.

Self-Cleaning Efficiency: The design ensures excellent drainage. In many cases, the floor stays clean naturally through animal movement, significantly reducing the need for manual water flushing and saving on water bills.

Modular Interlocking System: Equipped with precision-machined sawtooth buckles (card slots) on both sides, the panels connect seamlessly. This makes installation and (dismantling) incredibly fast and secure.
