Feature

The Problems are solved by New Detection Technology:

The newly developed "Vibration Analysis Method" is highly precise method to detect the cracked eggs. The traditional "Acoustic Resonance Frequency Analysis Method" had problems of being influenced by noise and sounds of the device. For CEX to inspect the eggs, it is not necessary to hit eggshell strongly to make resonance sounds. It achieves gentle detection which is ideal technology for cracked egg detection.

Non-Invasive Egg Quality Inspector:

CEX-001 is a next-generation quality control unit designed to overcome the limitations of traditional acoustic sensors. It employs a proprietary "Vibration Analysis Method" that requires no heavy impact, ensuring eggshell integrity throughout the inspection process. Each system is equipped with a soft percussion ball that performs rapid, sensitive tapping to capture the subtle repulsive force of the eggshell. This technology completely eliminates the need for bulky anti-noise components, allowing the main unit to be discreetly installed beneath the conveyor. A highly adaptable design and straightforward retrofitting options are available for the CEX-001.

Advantages

product-284-306

(1)Mechanism of Vibration Analysis Method

The percussion ball of the tactile sensor bounces lightly on eggshell surface. The CEX detects and recognize the difference of bounces/repulsive force of normal eggs and cracked eggs. In the case of normal egg, the percussion ball bounces several times. In the case of cracked egg, the percussion ball hardly bounces.

(2) High Sensitivity, Gentle Tapping

The CEX method for inspection of eggs does not require strong hit on eggshell. It only needs to tap the eggshell surface lightly which prevents the damage on eggshell. Also, it achieves highly precise detection by tapping egg (20-time tapping each) with the tactile sensor which is sensitive and supple

  • (3)Compact and Compatibility for Existing System

Compared to the traditional "Acoustic Resonance Analysis Method", it does not need parts for anti-noising. This enables the CEX to be surprisingly compact, and also, the control box can be stored under the conveyor. It is possible to install most of egg grading system.

Application Scenarios

(1).Premium & Specialty Egg Producers

For brands marketing organic, free-range, or omega-3 eggs, visual perfection and structural integrity are critical. The CEX-001 ensures that no micro-cracked eggs reach the consumer, preserving the brand's reputation for premium quality. Its non-invasive "Vibration Analysis Method" treats delicate shells gently, preventing any inspection-related damage to these high-value products.

(2). Export-Oriented Packing Centers

International buyers often impose strict quality standards that prohibit micro-cracks due to shelf-life concerns. The CEX-001 provides the high-precision detection necessary to meet these rigorous export requirements. Its compact design allows for easy retrofitting into existing grading lines without major overhauls, making it a cost-effective upgrade for facilities targeting global markets.

(3).High-Speed Automated Processing Plants

In large-scale operations where manual candling is inefficient and unreliable, the CEX-001 offers a consistent, automated solution. Unlike traditional acoustic systems that struggle with ambient noise in busy plants, the CEX-001's vibration analysis is immune to environmental interference, ensuring accurate sorting even at high speeds.

Packaging & Shipping

To ensure the safe arrival of the CEX-001, we utilize compact, export-compliant plywood crate packaging tailored to its precision sensor technology and lightweight structure.

①The CEX-001 is shipped as a complete, ready-to-install unit. It is not disassembled, preserving the factory calibration of the tactile sensor and minimizing on-site setup time.

②A robust plywood case is used, with internal blocking and bracing to immobilize the entire machine and absorb transit shocks.

③Due to its compact footprint, the complete BEX-001 system and accessories can be efficiently loaded into 1 x 20'GP container.

FAQ

Q1: How does the CEX-001 differ from traditional acoustic crack detectors?

A: Traditional systems rely on "Acoustic Resonance Frequency Analysis," which requires striking the egg hard to create a loud sound. These systems are easily disturbed by ambient factory noise and mechanical vibrations. The CEX-001 utilizes a superior "Vibration Analysis Method." It uses a soft percussion ball to gently tap the egg 20 times, measuring the subtle bouncing rhythm. This allows for highly precise detection without being affected by external noise.

Q2: Will the inspection process damage the eggshells?

A: Not at all. Unlike older technologies that require a strong impact to create resonance, the CEX-001 is designed for gentle handling. The tactile sensor only needs to lightly tap the eggshell surface. This non-invasive approach prevents any inspection-related damage, making it ideal for delicate eggshells, such as those of organic or free-range eggs.

Q3:Is the CEX-001 difficult to install on my existing grading line?

A: No, it is designed for seamless integration. Thanks to the removal of bulky anti-noise components, the CEX-001 is surprisingly compact. The main control unit can be conveniently tucked away under the conveyor, saving valuable floor space. While it fits most standard egg grading systems, minor modifications or additional brackets may be required for specific models.

Q4: How does the sensor distinguish between a normal egg and a cracked egg?

A: The system analyzes the repulsive force and bouncing behavior of the percussion ball. When tapping a normal egg, the ball bounces multiple times due to the shell's elasticity. However, when tapping a cracked egg, the energy is absorbed by the fracture, causing the ball to stop almost immediately. This distinct physical difference allows for accurate sorting.

Q5: Can the CEX-001 detect very fine, hairline cracks?

A: Yes. The high sensitivity of the tactile sensor, combined with the 20-time tapping frequency for each egg, allows the system to capture minute differences in shell integrity. It is specifically engineered to identify micro-cracks that are invisible to the naked eye but could compromise shelf life during storage or transport.
