Product Introduction

The Houji Agricultural Patrol (CMJ-100) intelligent poultry inspection robot is equipped with an adaptive autonomous navigation chassis and integrates advanced SLAM mapping and positioning technology to achieve fully autonomous shuttle inspection in poultry breeding houses. The whole machine integrates multi-dimensional intelligent detection modules: high-precision infrared temperature measurement module, ultra high definition industrial camera, optional sound acquisition unit, environmental sensing module, and depth camera detection system, achieving real-time perception of poultry signs, behavior, voiceprint, indoor temperature and humidity, ammonia and other environments in all directions. To adapt to the multi-layered cage structure, the robot is equipped with an electrically controlled lifting mechanism, with inspection heights covering 40 to 3700mm, ensuring effective monitoring of each layer of breeding space. Equipped with intelligent charging stations deployed in the building, the robot can actively return to charge according to the battery status, achieving continuous operation without human intervention. AI dual light fusion dead chicken recognition

Using the dual light fusion algorithm, by fusing visible light and infrared thermal imaging, dead chicken features such as mouth, eyes, leg extension, and abnormal body temperature are identified, achieving fast dead chicken recognition

Identification of extinct chickens

Identify characteristics of extinct chickens such as crown shrinkage and yellow pecking, and compare the number of eggs per cage with the number of laying hens to identify extinct chickens and reduce feed costs; Through big data analysis, achieve cost reduction and efficiency

Identification of broken/dirty eggs

Through AI intelligent algorithms, the quality of the egg collection belt on the chicken farm is detected, and the quality level of the eggs is statistically fed back to remind the staff to optimize and improve the egg production quality indicators
